Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design slot games with clear mechanics and feature sets.
• Strong applied probability and expected-value reasoning with ability to defend RTP numbers.

Responsibilities

• Design game concepts from theme to spec including reels, features, progression, and win presentation.
• Tune math models: payouts, paylines/ways, free spins, multipliers, cascades, buy features, and max-win caps; simulate RTP and volatility.
• Create engine-ready math config JSON matching platform specs and translate emulations to backend-ready configs.
• Prepare certification packs with RTP, volatility, hit-frequency analyses, and simulation evidence for QA/licensing.
• Coordinate with art and frontend to assemble playable, correct games (including mobile portrait).
• Iterate RTP bands against hosting tiers and optimize live performance after release.
