Remedy Skintech, Inc. seeks a skilled Skin Consultant to join our team in Manila. You will deliver exceptional customer service and tailor skincare recommendations to each client’s needs, guiding them on their journey to healthier skin.

Reporting to the Branch Clinic Manager, you will conduct in-person consultations, educate clients on treatments, build relationships, and contribute to meeting sales goals while upholding our standards of care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical sales or clinic front desk is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients in-person at clinics and via phone.
• Act as the first point of contact for skincare consultations.

As a Skin Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and patient solutions by understanding our clients' skincare needs and recommending tailored solutions. You will be responsible for creating a positive and informative experience for potential customers, helping them on their journey to healthier, more beautiful skin.

You will report directly to the Branch Clinic Manager.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to clients to understand their specific skincare concerns and goals.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and requirements.
• Educate clients about our skincare treatments, products, and services, and provide detailed information on expected results and aftercare instructions
• Recommend personalized skincare solutions and treatment plans to address clients' needs.
• Collaborate with the medical team and aestheticians to ensure accurate and safe treatment recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare trends, products, and technologies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a medical sales role, such as a medical sales representative or front desk staff at a clinic, is highly desirable.
