Job summary

Astoria Hotels and Resorts is seeking a reliable Painter to join our facilities team in Metro Manila. You will perform painting, maintenance, and basic repairs to ensure our properties meet brand standards and guest expectations.

The ideal candidate has proven painting experience, familiarity with commercial/construction techniques, and strong attention to detail. A high school diploma or apprenticeship completes our minimum requirements; permanent opportunities may follow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a painter.
• Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques.
• Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, spray paint, ducco etc.).
• Good basic math skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• High school diploma; apprenticeship completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic painting services, clean facilities and manage maintenance repairs.
• Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances.
• Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
