• High school graduate or vocational course in painting or related trade.
• Proven work experience as a painter.
• Knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and surface preparation.
• Skilled in using painting tools and equipment.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and applying primers.
• Apply paint, varnish, stain, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, furniture, and fixtures.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve required shades and finishes.
• Use brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other painting tools effectively.
• Inspect and maintain painted surfaces, performing touch-ups and repairs when necessary.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of paints and chemicals in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff during building repairs and renovation projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
