Job summary

Arbeit Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Telecom) to oversee telecom site activities and field teams for deployment projects in Luzon. The role requires leading daily site operations, ensuring installation and commissioning meet Ericsson standards, and maintaining safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunications and at least 3 years of supervision experience, with willingness to travel and work on-site in Luzon as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years’ telecom site supervision experience.
• Experience on Ericsson projects is preferred and advantageous.

• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and required documentation.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to support timely project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom site supervision.
• Experience working on Ericsson projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of telecom installation and commissioning.
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with site safety procedures and reporting.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
