Job summary

Fredmark Builder Global Corporation is seeking a Safety Officer to identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and lead safety management on our projects in the Clark area. You will conduct inspections, coordinate with sub-contractors, and drive incident investigations with corrective actions.

The role requires COSH certification, updated COSH knowledge, and willingness to be stationed in Clark or New Clark City.

Qualifications

• COSH certification is required.
• Updated COSH records and local safety standards compliance.
• Willing to be assigned to Clark or New Clark City.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor workplace hazards and risks.
• Conduct hazards and risk assessments.
• Perform site safety inspections (prestart, toolbox, meetings).
• Lead project safety management system.
• Manage OSH issues with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Diminish or eliminate work-related incidents and accidents.
• Document and investigate incidents; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
• Implement and review Emergency Response Plan and Procedure.
