Job summary

Stfrancis is seeking an Occupational Safety & Health professional to lead safety on project sites in Laguna. The role focuses on promoting a safe environment, enforcing regulations, and developing safety programs in line with government and company standards.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, COSH training, and 2+ years OSH experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to work in Binan, Laguna is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years OSH experience required.
• COSH training and 48-hour advanced training completed.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Accredited DOLE OSH Practitioner is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote health and maintain a safe working environment on project sites.
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and company policies.
• Create and update job safety programs aligned with standards.
• Maintain injury/illness data, analyze reports and drive safety improvements.
• Implement preventive measures and uphold building safety standards.
• Develop and deliver safety policies and training in fire safety procedures.
• Ensure COSH compliance across operations.
• Monitor and assess hazardous and unsafe situations.
