Job summary

TASQ is seeking an experienced SRE/Observability professional to ensure reliability and governance across client monitoring systems. You will establish standards, patterns, and automation for alerting, metrics, and event management, focusing on Azure Monitor, Grafana, and ITOM.

You will collaborate with product teams to implement SLO/SLI-driven operations, reduce alert noise, and drive faster incident response with self-healing where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in monitoring/observability/SRE with Azure Monitor/App Insights and ServiceNow Event Management.

Responsibilities

• You will design and define standards, patterns, and automation opportunities that elevate monitoring and reliability with Azure Monitor, Grafana, and ITOM.
• Partner with product teams to implement SLO/SLI-driven operations and reduce alert noise.
