Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design and maintain automation and observability systems across cloud and data center environments. You will define SLIs/SLOs, ensure SLA compliance, and drive high availability through resilient architectures and Canary deployments.

The role requires 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong Python and Bash scripting, and experience with cloud and network concepts. The position emphasizes automation, telemetry, and incident postmortems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and improves automation and observability systems.

• Implements redundancy, high availability, and canary deployment strategies.
• Develops telemetry pipelines and dashboards; tunes alerts to reduce noise.
• Performs capacity forecasting, incident management, and postmortems.
• Conducts risk assessments and automated validation before changes.

Qualification

• Must be a permanent employee of the bidder
• Must hold a current and valid certifications on the following:
• a. Network Associate or Professional Level for the brand being offered(e.g.CCNA/CCNP for Cisco, JNCIA/JNCIP for Juniper, etc.)
• b. ITILv4 Foundation or higher

Experience

• Must have a least 5 years experience in SRE role with experience on DevOps and infrastructure automation.
• Must be knowledgeable in python scripting, bash or equivalent and automation.
