You will oversee equipment selection, installation, and maintenance while collaborating with R&D, QA, and supply chain. Strong CAD skills and lean manufacturing knowledge are essential for data-driven decision making and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil).
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in CAD software, and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Process design and improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Equipment management including selection, installation, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Quality control through QA procedures and audits of the production process.
• Collaboration with R&D, QA, and supply chain to coordinate production activities.
• Data analysis of production performance and identifying trends to drive improvements.
• Cost management assistance in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a culture of safety in the production environment.
• Provide training and development for production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
