Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Site Operations - Lead for the NPC Ticao 2 MW Site to lead a production team and ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance aligned with OEM recommendations, safety rules, and client demands.

The role requires supervising, allocating daily tasks with maintenance teams, and driving continuous performance improvements across site assets. Strong leadership, English communication, and onsite execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC) with REE preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on a Power Project environment or in a similar role.
• Ability to read single line and electrical diagrams.
• Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and analyse performance data.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers, and related equipment to ensure continuous power.
• Ensure all QHSE, policies and procedures are followed on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, Technician’s PPE, …)
• Ensure proper daily assignment of Production Team as per monthly shift planning
• Tight follow up on client load demands to meet the expectations
• Attend to meeting with customer operations teams, where required
• Provide advance notification to Service Manager when availability will not satisfy customer demand
• Monitor and act on site/asset alarms to support any incident resolution
• Ensure oil samples are analysed and proper actions taken by Maintenance Team where required
• Perform first line analysis on asset performance, and proper actions.
• Work closely with site team to optimise asset availability, condition, performance, and manpower allocation
• Maintain accurate production data.
• Ensure proper and optimum usage of sites inventory.
• Ensure that the site is kept in tidy conditions with strong 5S and OPOS (Optimised Project Operations Standards) implementation
• Ensure employees in his team are properly inducted and developed (coached/trained)
