Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Site Operations - Lead to supervise a team responsible for onsite production activities at the NPC Ticao 2 MW site. The role emphasizes equipment availability, reliability, and performance aligned with OEM recommendations, site safety, and client load demands.

You will analyze site load control systems via SCADA, allocate daily tasks with Maintenance Teams, and support Operations Managers in driving performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must hold PRC Electrical Engineer license (REE).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Power Project environment or similar role.
• Ability to read single-line and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor diesel generators, transformers, and related equipment to ensure continuous power.
• Ensure all QHSE, policies and procedures are followed on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, PPE).
• Assign daily production tasks as per monthly shift planning and respond to client load demands.
• Monitor site/asset alarms and coordinate with Maintenance for incident resolution.
• Maintain accurate production data and optimize asset availability and manpower allocation.
