Job summary

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. is seeking a Site Nurse to provide immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment to workers on a construction site in Pililla. You will oversee basic health services and ensure compliance with safety standards.

You will manage the on-site clinic, maintain medicines and supplies, and coordinate referrals with accredited hospitals and HMOs to support employee well-being and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with License Certification.
• 1-2 years experience as a Site Nurse.
• Locally residing in Pililla Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment to injured or ill workers on the construction site.
• Perform regular walk through of the project site, worker barracks, and canteen to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
• Operate the site clinic, including maintaining cleanliness, managing, and replenishing inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
• Participate in site safety inspections, identify health risks, and provide recommendations to management to improve the working environment.
• Coordinate with accredited hospitals, clinics, and HMO providers for referrals and employee hospitalization.
