Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Site Manager to lead the execution of a large-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle – from planning and procurement to construction and commissioning – ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and technical expertise in solar energy systems, with a focus on utility‑scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale solar PV projects, from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet contractual obligations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and approvals.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Lead site mobilization, civil works, structural installations, and electrical integration.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve on‑site issues, and ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and client teams to align project goals.
• Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and risk assessments to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, permitting, and grid connection requirements.
• Identify critical path and critical activities, escalating issues for timely resolution.
• Participate in all internal, client, and vendor progress meetings.
• Ensure timely submission of all client reports.
• Monitor subcontractor mobilization and performance to ensure planned progress of works.
• Analyze project progress, resource efficiency, and consumption of mobilized assets.
