Job summary

Mang Inasal Philippines Inc. in Bulacan is seeking a Site Logistics Associate to coordinate checked picker lists and delivery schedules for loading and dispatching operations in Marilao.

Requirements include a 4-year degree, at least 1 year in warehousing or logistics, SAP experience, and familiarity with MHE; strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills are essential to ensure packaging accuracy and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 year relevant experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution, Inbound and Outbound.
• Must have experience in SAP.
• Knowledgeable with MHE operations is an advantage.
• Must have attention to details and good interpersonal skills.
• Must amenable to work in Marilao, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and secures checked picker list and delivery schedules for loading and dispatching operation.
• Checks and evaluates delivery vans for conformance to set standards on sanitation and operating parameters (i.e., temperature settings for refrigerated vans).
• Inspects the crating, packaging, tidiness and completeness of the items for delivery to the outlets or other divisions based on the pick list.
• Coordinating with other counterparts in other distribution centers or warehouses for production codes and/or consumption codes of products to be shipped for verification acceptance.
