Job summary

A leading food corporation in the Philippines is looking for a Site Logistics Assistant Manager to oversee warehousing operations for raw materials and packaging supplies. The role involves ensuring logistics activities align with manufacturing requirements and maintaining operational efficiency. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of logistics experience, plus strong supervisory skills. This position is based in Canlubang, Laguna, with a shifting schedule and travel involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with a strong background in 3PL management.
• Experience in process initiatives and project management.
• Experience in day-to-day warehouse operations and audits.
• Willing to work in varying environmental conditions.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Amenable to being assigned in Canlubang, Laguna with travel to other facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate warehousing needs in alignment with production and engineering forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely disposition of aging or expiring stocks.
• Implement and maintain guidelines for receiving, handling, and storage of materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to safety and quality.
• Support continuous improvement efforts for warehousing operations.
