Job summary

Pinnacle Quality Foods Inc. is seeking a Site Logistics Assistant Manager to lead warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts.

You will guide inbound/outbound activities and enforce storage guidelines while managing aging stock and coordinating with facilities engineers and service providers. The role requires a five-year supervisory background in warehousing and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years supervisory warehousing management experience (inbound/outbound and inventory).
• Knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and SAP or similar systems.
• Strong leadership, integrity and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Residence in or relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead, and control warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts.
• Direct activities to ensure smooth warehousing flow.
• Coordinate with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and service providers for storage, handling equipment, and utilities.
• Monitor stock aging and flag aging/about-to-expire items for disposition.
• Ensure receiving, handling, and storage guidelines are followed at all times.

Job Description:

The Site Logistics Assistant Manager is responsible for:

• Effectively planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the warehousing operations for raw, packaging materials, and spare parts.
• Directs and controls the activities in the area to assure the smooth flow of warehousing operations.
• Collaborates with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and Service Providers to ensure that all warehouse cold and dry storage, materials handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities are.
• Monitors the aging of stocks on hand and flags aging/about-to-expire stocks for proper and timely disposition.
• Ensures the implementation of the prescribed receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for raw and packaging materials at all times.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related courses.
• With at least five (5) years of supervisory work experience in warehousing management operations, including the following: inbound and outbound operations and inventory management.
• Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control processes, and SAP or other warehousing/logistics management systems.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, integrity, and decision-making skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
• Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be residing or have relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby municipalities.
