Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations leader to streamline inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes in a fast-paced setting. You will drive SLA adherence, productivity and quality metrics while supervising a store team and coordinating with planning, dispatch and transport units.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent coordination and bilingual communication skills (English and Tagalog), plus basic IT skills including Excel and WMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Proven leadership and team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication in English and Tagalog.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Email, and WMS.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
