Jollibee Group is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations while ensuring food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met. You will lead sales-driving initiatives and customer engagement to achieve targets, and manage workforce planning including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support.

The role also covers store administration and regulatory compliance, ensuring reports, permits, and safety programs are properly handled.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Must communicate well, orally and in writing, to all levels in store operations.
• Must perform well under pressure or opposition.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules and long hours.
