Qualifications

• College graduate / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related course.
• Must have driver's license and can drive a 4-wheel vehicle.
• Ability to lead and command responsibility and computer literate.
• Effective problem-solving skills and solution-based approach to conflicts.
• Have technical skills, can read and interpret plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Lead PAT and SKOM activities with clients, and provide reports and site documentation.
• Conduct site inspection and quality control checks.
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site problems.
