Job summary

Ironcon Builders and Development Corporation is seeking a hands-on professional to lead rebar and structural works on site in Metro Manila. You will read and interpret structural plans, supervise rebar cutting, bending, tying, and installation, and ensure correct spacing and cover per plan.

You will coordinate with the steelman and foreman to meet daily targets, conduct inspections before concrete pouring, and support civil works like layout, leveling, and quality control with the survey team.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret structural plans, rebar detailing, and shop drawings.
• Conduct rebar inspection before concrete pouring.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer/Foreman for daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret structural plans, rebar detailing, and shop drawings.
• Supervise rebar cutting, bending, tying, and installation on site.
• Compute rebar quantity, cutting list, and material requisition.
• Ensure proper rebar spacing, lap splice, hooks, and cover as per plan & NSCP.
• Coordinate with steelman/foreman for daily targets.
• Monitor and supervise civil works: foundation, columns, beams, slabs.
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports, RFI, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, safety, and quality standards.
