Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with project requirements, rules, and safety regulations by supervising and managing construction activities at the site.
• To track developments, spot possible problems, and make sure engineering and design specifications are being followed, conduct routine site inspections.
• To guarantee on-time project completion, work closely with architects, subcontractors, and project managers.
• To plan and carry out construction activities, evaluate and interpret engineering plans, aerial photographs, blueprints, topographical and geologic data, and technical drawings.
• Organize the acquisition and distribution of building supplies while making sure they adhere to industry standards.
• Recognizing possible risks and putting preventative measures in place to reduce safety concerns, project delays, and cost overruns.
• Keep thorough project records, such as site logs, modification orders, progress reports, and quality assurance procedures.
