Job summary

Interno Engineering (1996) Pte Ltd is seeking a site supervisor to lead junior foremen and coordinate with contractors on a live project in Santo Niño, Nueva Ecija. You will ensure drawings and specifications are followed, monitor progress, and maintain daily work records for handover readiness.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, timely inspections, and close liaison between site staff and subcontractors to identify nonconformances and drive quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and instruct junior foreman and contractors by ensuring technical specifications and drawings given are compiled within time and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure specifications are met and safety Regulations are enforced.
• Supervise Sub-contractors and nominated subcontractors' progress and quality of work.
• Make regular site inspections to identify nonconformances.
• Communicate and co-ordinate between the site staff and sub-contractors.
• Prepare and keep day work records.
• Arrange for inspection, testing and handover.
