Job summary

PEB STEEL BUILDINGS CO. LTD. seeks a Project Site Engineer to oversee site execution of PEB and structural steel projects in Cebu.

You will ensure erection, installation, and related activities align with approved drawings, schedules, safety, and quality standards while coordinating with project stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in construction or structural steel, with proficiency in reading structural and erection drawings and practical experience in PEB systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil/structural/construction engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, structural steel, PEB, or building projects.
Experience in structural steel erection and Pre-Engineered Building projects is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret structural and erection drawings.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities related to PEB and structural steel erection.
Ensure erection and installation works follow approved drawings, statements and project specs.
Monitor installation of structural frames, columns, rafters, purlins, bracing, roofing, and wall cladding.
Review and interpret structural, architectural, and erection drawings.
Verify dimensions, elevations, levels, and alignment prior to and during installation.
Coordinate with client, consultant, general contractor, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and monitor against project schedule.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and project safety requirements.
Maintain site documentation: daily/weekly reports, RFIs, inspection requests.
