The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 1–2 years of on-site experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. You will coordinate with architects and contractors, prepare progress reports, and support planning and resource allocation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role in construction.
• Minimum 1–2 years of site engineering experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other design software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software required.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction operations on-site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
• Assist in material procurement, allocation, and inventory monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and report potential risks, delays, or design discrepancies.
• Support the project manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
