Job summary

Information Professionals, Inc. seeks a Civil Engineer to supervise housing construction projects from start to turnover.

The role requires daily site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and standards, and hands-on management of materials and equipment. The successful candidate will prepare inspection and completion reports, handle warranty inspections and corrective works, and travel to TM sites in Marikina and Rizal Areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional Civil Engineer licensed practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant housing construction experience.
• Excellent relationship management with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and design software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Willing and able to travel to TM sites - Marikina and Rizal Areas.

Job Responsibility:

Supervises construction activities from start to turnover, conducts daily site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and standards, manages materials and equipment, provides technical support, prepares inspection and completion reports, and handles warranty inspections and corrective works.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil)
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Housing Construction
• Strong relationship management skills (ability to collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Willing and able to travel to any TM sites - Marikina and Rizal Areas
