Job summary

WNL Construction Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure adherence to plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, at least 1 year of field experience, knowledge of codes and standards, and strong communication and MS Office skills. Willing to be assigned to project locations and can start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related construction field experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, client representatives, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with approved plans and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
• Monitor project quantities, variations, additional works, and accomplishments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and other project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and coordinate with the Safety Officer.
• Perform other duties related to the successful completion of the project.
