Job summary

Everblue Development and Construction Inc. is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to assist in planning and execution of construction projects. You will support site inspections, coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, and reporting on project progress.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and basic project management principles within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in solar/transmission line/substation industry.
• Basic understanding of construction methods and project management principles.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare reports on project progress and present them to senior engineers.
• Support the project manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets.
