WORKSWELL ENTERPRISES INC is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to supervise a Retail Renovation inside SM Nuvali, Santa Rosa Laguna. The role requires coordination with mall administration and the renovation team, monitoring daily output, and ensuring timely documentation.

The position entails a 3-month contract with site supervision from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and candidates should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in construction or engineering projects.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) is required.
• 3–5 years hands‑on experience as Site Engineer or similar.
• Project duration limited to 3 months.
• Site supervision hours from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Mall Administration, Cityhall Engineering Office and Workswell Renovations Team (Architect, Purchaser, Project Head).
• Check attendance and daily output of workers.
• Daily reporting on progress, issues and material deliveries.
• Manage documentation: gate passes, work permits, building permits, test reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers for workflow and material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Constant coordination with the 3 parties: Mall Administration, Cityhall Engineering Office and Workswell Renovations Team (The tier: Architect, Purchaser and Project Head)
• Check attendance of Workers and their OUTPUT per day.
• Daily Reporting on the following
  • Progress of the renovation
    • photo of Output / result of worker's performance per day
  • Problems encountered and proposed solution
  • Items / materials received in the site
  • Documentation
    • Gatepass, workpermit, other forms needed
    • Building Permit and Occupancy Permit Application
    • Test reports
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and material availability

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience as a Site Engineer or similar role on construction or engineering projects
• The project contract shall run for not more than 3 months.
• The site supervision shall start at 1:00pm to 9:00pm
