Job summary

Innovative Agro Industry is seeking a site-based engineer to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and in accordance with design specifications in Region 5, Philippines.

You will work with the Area Manager to oversee project activities on-site, interpret construction plans, assess risks, manage timelines and budgets, supervise teams, and push subcontractors to complete work on time. This role requires hands-on problem solving and strong coordination with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with Area Manager in overseeing and managing project activities on-site
• Ensure projects meet agreed specification, budget and timelines.
• Interpret and implement construction plans and blueprints.
• Assess potential risks and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of construction progress and site activities.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Supervise and instruct construction teams and laborers.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and resources to minimize waste.
• Push sub-contractors to finish the job on time.
• Perform any additional task related to operations and construction at various company site.
