Job summary

Lindenrock Builders, Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer – Servicing Unit in Antipolo, Philippines.

The role oversees inspection, coordination, and completion of servicing, repair, and maintenance works, including preparation and revision of AutoCAD drawings and related documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering and has 1–2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction, site engineering, maintenance, repair, or servicing works.
• Punch-list, rectification, warranty, and post-construction servicing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, coordinate, supervise, and complete servicing, repair, maintenance, warranty, punch-list, and rectification works.
• Prepare work requirements, materials, manpower, and equipment needed for servicing activities.
• Monitor service works for proper execution, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Respond to client concerns, site defects, warranty issues, and maintenance requests.
• Prepare daily/weekly service reports, inspection reports, and other documentation.
• Prepare, revise, and update AutoCAD drawings based on site conditions.
• Produce as-built, shop, detail drawings, layouts, and repair drawings.
• Revise drawings based on site changes and client requirements.
• Maintain proper drawing revisions, file naming, and document control.

About the role

The Site Engineer – Servicing Unit is responsible for the inspection, assessment, coordination, supervision, and completion of servicing, repair, maintenance, warranty, punch-list, and rectification works, including preparation and revision of AutoCAD drawings and other technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct punch listing and monitor the completion of corrective works

• Handle and coordinate servicing, repair, maintenance, and rectification works at project sites

• Prepare work requirements, materials, manpower, and equipment needed for servicing activities

• Monitor service works to ensure proper execution, quality, and compliance with approved specifications

• Respond to client concerns, site defects, warranty issues, and maintenance requests

• Prepare daily/weekly service reports, inspection reports, accomplishment reports, and other required documentation

• Prepare, revise, and update AutoCAD drawings based on actual site conditions

• Produce as-built drawings, shop drawings, detail drawings, layouts, and repair/rectification drawings

• Revise drawings based on site changes, engineering instructions, and client requirements

• Maintain proper drawing revisions, file naming, and document control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related engineering field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in construction, site engineering, maintenance, repair, fit-out, or building servicing works.

• Experience in punch-list, rectification, warranty, and post-construction servicing is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in Auto CAD/Sketch up

• With Driver’s License
