Job summary

AFRY is seeking a reliable Site Driver in the Philippines to support project operations. The role focuses on safe and timely transport of personnel, documents, and materials, while ensuring the company vehicle is well-maintained and compliant with safety rules.

You will work closely with site teams, perform daily vehicle checks, and assist with loading/unloading as required. The position emphasizes punctuality, flexibility, and safety consciousness on a dynamic project site.

Qualifications

• Must be a local resident with good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle to be operated.
• Must be willing to work overtime when required, depending on project needs.
• Must provide NBI and Police Clearance per pre-employment background checks.
• Must have a good driving record and demonstrate safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, visitors, materials, tools, documents, and other items to and from the project site.
• Carry out daily transportation assignments according to supervisor directions.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report defects immediately.
• Maintain records of vehicle usage, mileage, and servicing.
• Assist with loading/unloading as required and safe to do so.
• Plan routes to ensure timely transportation and deliveries.

We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Site Driver to support our project and site operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of project personnel, documents, materials, and other items as required, while ensuring that the assigned company vehicle is properly maintained and operated in accordance with company policies and local traffic regulations.

The role will work closely with the site and project teams and requires a high level of punctuality, professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to safety. The Site Driver will play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the project site.

Job Description

• Safely transport employees, visitors, materials, tools, documents, and other items to and from the project site and designated locations.
• Carry out daily transportation assignments according to instructions from the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, roadworthy, and in good operating condition.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks, including fuel, engine oil, coolant, tires, lights, brakes, and general vehicle condition.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, damage, or maintenance requirements immediately to the supervisor.
• Arrange or coordinate routine servicing and maintenance as instructed.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, servicing, and other required information.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials or equipment when required and when safe to do so.
• Ensure materials and equipment being transported are properly secured.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, site safety rules, and HSE requirements.
• Ensure passengers comply with applicable vehicle and site safety requirements.
• Plan routes appropriately to ensure timely transportation and deliveries.
• Maintain confidentiality when transporting company documents or personnel.
• Support general site logistics and other reasonable duties assigned by the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with project and site personnel.
• Willing to support reasonable site-related transportation and logistical requirements as assigned.
