Job summary

Elluc Projects Philippines Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities for vertical and horizontal projects at the project site.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules; coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers; and maintaining site reports and safety practices. On-site work and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of site construction experience.
• Experience in both vertical and horizontal construction projects.
• PRC-licensed Civil Engineer preferred/required, depending on project.
• Willing to work on-site and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, quantity reports, and other required documentation.
• Identify construction issues and coordinate corrective actions; ensure safety policies are followed.
• Monitor project schedules and assist in meeting targets and deadlines.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.
