Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Service Coordinator to plan and manage field service interventions, prioritizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will communicate schedules to Service Technicians and verify spare parts availability for assigned jobs.

You will ensure daily time sheets and work orders are submitted, follow up on ongoing activities, and escalate issues as needed to keep operations running smoothly and aligned with our certification commitments.

Responsibilities

• Plan service interventions based on priority list to improve operational efficiency
• Communicate schedules with Service Technicians
• Improve customers' responses through effective coordination
• Understand and resolve customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with service jobs and activities assigned
• Confirm spare parts availability for all assigned jobs
• Ensure technicians submit Daily Time sheets, work orders & picking lists daily
• Submit reports on time as per defined frequency
• Escalate at the appropriate level to resolve customer concerns and inform management of daily operations
• Participate in maintenance and continuous improvement of Triple Certification Systems (ISO 45001:2018, RA 11058, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015)
• Abide by and perform all assigned functions, duties and responsibilities as directed by the Company

• Consistency in Quality service delivery using ISO 9001:2015
