Globe Telecom is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and monitor utility and service accounts. You will coordinate billing processes and ensure timely settlements while maintaining accurate records for reporting and governance.

Responsibilities include data handling, issue escalation, and supporting automation initiatives to improve efficiency across accounts in North Luzon and related regions.

Job Description

• Management & Monitoring of JPA & Utility Accounts (Pole Rental, Power, Water & Misc Accounts) in North Luzon
• Facilitate strict monitoring of accounts to avoid any service disruption or disconnection and delay in the processing of utility billings
• Maintains updated records on the database for proper monitoring, coordination as well as for easier and accurate generation of reports
• Handles coordination of issues and concerns related to actual usage / consumption with business units and/or end users
• Settlement and Account Reconciliation
• Facilitates validation and processing of utility / service billings for the complete settlement of the said accounts on / before its due dates or agreed settlement of account
• Ensure monitoring and updating in the system all check payments, official receipts received and CWTs released
• Performs / handles negotiation with utility service provider / contractor to avail of discounts / waiver of costs for early settlement and/or special agreements that will generate savings to the company
• Attend to reported problems related to bill processing, settlement and reconciliation of accounts and escalates issues to avoid any service disruptions/disconnections as well as settlement of penalties.
• Ensures Proper Record Management
• Handles / facilitates efficient and effective filing of records pertaining to accounts and transactions handled including Service Agreements / Contracts with service providers and other documents endorsed.
• Ensure adherence to documents retention policy
• Ensure scanning of documents and updating in the system
• Conduct data analysis & generate reports
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
