Job summary

Maersk is seeking a diligent professional to understand customer tenders, draft requirements for key clients, and update tasks in the system with minimal supervision. You will perform transactions in MARS-like systems, update service information and pricing, run audits, respond to enquiries, and escalate issues with corrective actions.

• Understands customer tender and drafts requirements for key clients.
• Performs system updates and task execution with minimal supervision.
• Audits work performed by team members to ensure accuracy.
• Performs transactional activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS-like systems.
• Responds to enquiries in a timely and accurate manner and flags issues for corrective action.
• Communicates with stakeholders regarding process issues and improvement opportunities.

Job description

Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients
and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated
without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team
member Sales.

• Performs transactional activities/supports activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS like to Key clients.
• Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.
• Responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Highlights issues, if any, and requests corrective action from
  supervisor.
• Communicates with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.
• Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures.
