Job summary

Empresa Confidencial is seeking a curious Commercial Insights Analyst to support the Retail & Shopper Insights team. You will gather, analyze, and translate shopper, consumer, category, and retailer intelligence into actionable insights to guide client decisions and activation plans.

Responsibilities include curating intelligence from multiple sources, developing insight products, and supporting client-facing sessions with evidence-based recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for clear presentations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and curate intelligence from public sources, research platforms, client information, and internal knowledge bases.
• Analyze market, shopper, retailer, and category trends to identify opportunities and implications for clients.
• Develop and maintain insight products such as Shopper Snapshots, Category Opportunity Maps, Retailer Intelligence reports, Shopper Journeys, and periodic market updates.
• Support client presentations, workshops, business reviews, pitches, and RFP responses with evidence-based insights.
• Maintain the Retail & Shopper Intelligence platform, ensuring content is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Monitor emerging retail, shopper, competitor, and commerce trends, proactively sharing key developments with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Commercial Team, Strategy, Creative, and Retail Activation teams on insight-driven initiatives.
