Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Website QA Assistant (Shopify) for a fast-growing DTC furniture and sleep products brand. You will manually QA new feature releases against Figma designs across global storefronts and own end-to-end e-commerce journey testing from browse through checkout.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of QA or website testing in e-commerce, strong Figma skills, and experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Linear, or ClickUp. Remote, with US/EU-friendly hours in some regions.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of QA or website testing, preferably in e-commerce.
• Figma experience reading designs and comparing to live builds.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce user journeys from browse to checkout.
• Experience with bug reporting and ticket tools (Jira, Linear, ClickUp).
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Basic UI/UX literacy to flag visually or experientially wrong issues.
• Strong written English communication.
• Available to work in AEST hours.

Responsibilities

• Release QA: manually QA 5–8 new feature releases per week across global sites.
• End-to-End Journey QA: test journeys end-to-end across markets.
• Ticket Management: raise tickets and track issues to resolution.
• Regression Testing: verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
• Sprint Prep: create test scenarios for upcoming sprints.
• Ad-Hoc Checks: perform checks between sprint cycles.
