Job summary

vamasters, Inc. seeks a hands-on Shopify E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager to treat four Shopify sites as growth engines. You will optimize layouts, boost conversions, plan promotions, and drive online revenue with data-driven experimentation.

You’ll manage product pages, collections, banners, SEO, and promotions, run A/B tests, and align with email campaigns; monitor analytics and publish weekly performance updates. Excellent English communication required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Shopify e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain four Shopify websites, including homepage layouts, banners, navigation, collections, and product pages
• Manage product information, pricing, images, and promotional content
• Improve the mobile and desktop shopping experience and troubleshoot website issues
• Find opportunities to raise conversion rates and average order value across product pages, landing pages, and customer journeys
• Run A/B tests where appropriate, and roll out improvements based on customer behavior and sales data
• Create monthly and seasonal promotional calendars, and execute sales campaigns, product launches, special offers, and bundles
• Coordinate website promotions with email and digital marketing campaigns, and evaluate the results
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and average order value using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics 4
• Prepare weekly performance updates and monthly growth reports with actionable recommendations
• Optimize products, collections, and site content for SEO, and support email marketing and customer retention efforts

Job Summary:

Four Shopify websites are waiting for a creative, results-driven Shopify E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager who treats them as growth engines. This is a hands-on role for someone who does more than maintain a store: you will improve layouts, enhance the shopping experience, plan promotions, and actively look for ways to increase online sales. Your main goal is to help our websites perform better and bring in more revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain four Shopify websites, including homepage layouts, banners, navigation, collections, and product pages
• Manage product information, pricing, images, and promotional content
• Improve the mobile and desktop shopping experience and troubleshoot website issues
• Find opportunities to raise conversion rates and average order value across product pages, landing pages, and customer journeys
• Run A/B tests where appropriate, and roll out improvements based on customer behavior and sales data

Mandatory Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on Shopify e-commerce experience, with proven success managing and optimizing stores
• Experience managing multiple websites or e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX, and online merchandising
• Ability to modify Shopify themes, sections, landing pages, and layouts
• Experience with Shopify Analytics, GA4, and promotional campaign management
• Strong design sense and familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to improve e-commerce performance with measurable results
• Orderly, true to deadlines, and dependable without reminders

Preferred Skills:

• Basic HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid knowledge
• Experience with Klaviyo and email automation (or Shopify Email)
• SEO optimization experience
• Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
• Experience coordinating freelance designers and developers
• Keeps a steady head when several projects compete for attention at once
