Job summary

Hireframe is seeking an experienced Shopify Administrator / E‑Commerce Store Manager to launch, manage, and optimize its online store. You will own the Shopify environment with minimal oversight, handling payments, product setup, inventory, SEO, and metadata to make the store fully operable.

Ideal candidates identify what needs doing and execute without requiring detailed instructions, collaborating with the founder while handling day‑to‑day e‑commerce needs in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing or administering Shopify stores.
• E-commerce experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, lifestyle or consumer brands.
• Experience with product uploads, inventory, payments, and store maintenance.
• Understanding of ecommerce SEO, URLs, metadata, and site optimization.
• High attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Good visual judgment and ecommerce aesthetics.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems independently.
• Strong English communication and comprehension.
• Experience with analytics or AI-powered ecommerce tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain the Shopify store.
• Support the initial launch and ongoing management of the e‑commerce site.
• Configure payment and store settings.
• Upload and maintain products, images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Maintain accurate product and inventory information.
• Set up and optimize URLs, metadata, and other foundational SEO elements.
• Support SEO and AEO optimization across the e‑commerce site.
• Research and assist with operational requirements needed to successfully run the online store.
• Troubleshoot Shopify issues and independently research solutions.
• Maintain quality control across product pages, imagery, pricing, and store information.
• Recommend improvements to the store's layout, customer experience, and overall presentation.
• Work closely with the founder while independently managing day-to-day e‑commerce needs.
