Job summary

VA Masters seeks a meticulous E-commerce Image and Shopify Assistant to support a growing online art and home décor brand. You will prepare product imagery using pre-built Photoshop smart object templates, export web-optimized files, and manage Shopify product listings to ensure consistency across the storefront.

You will apply SEO-friendly naming, optimize images for web performance, and help prepare listings for additional channels as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Confident working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, especially smart objects and layered PSD templates.
• Experience exporting images for web and print in multiple formats.
• Understanding of e-commerce image optimization (size, dimensions, load speed).
• Practical experience running product listings in Shopify.
• Familiarity with SEO for image naming and product listings.
• Sharp attention to detail and consistency in repetitive design tasks.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Place supplied high-resolution artwork into pre-built Photoshop (PSD) smart object templates
• Export high-resolution master files (TIFF) alongside web-optimized versions
• Size and format images for Shopify, Instagram, and other channels
• Use SEO-friendly file naming conventions and keyword-driven image titles
• Publish and manage product listings on Shopify using the template
• Amend, revise, and delete product information on Shopify as instructed
• Maintain storefront image quality and presentation consistency
• Assist with preparing listings for additional channels as the business grows
• Support general administrative tasks tied to the online store when needed

The position revolves around preparing product imagery through pre-built Photoshop smart object templates, exporting web-optimized files, and looking after product listings on Shopify. The right person is exact with file preparation, comfortable operating within an established design system, and dependable enough to own recurring image and listing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place supplied high-resolution artwork into pre-built Photoshop (PSD) smart object mockup templates

• Export high-resolution master files (TIFF) alongside compressed, web-ready versions for online use

• Size and format images to the right specifications for Shopify, Instagram, and other online sales channels

• Use SEO-friendly file naming conventions and keyword-driven image titles

• Publish and look after product listings on Shopify using an established product template

• Amend, revise, and delete product information on Shopify as instructed

• Keep product presentation and image quality consistent across the storefront

• Help prepare product listings for further sales channels as the business grows

• Pitch in on general administrative and operational tasks tied to the online store when needed

Mandatory Skills:
