Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist / Shopify Specialist to own our online store and drive ecommerce performance. The role centers on Shopify optimization, CRO, and conversion-focused merchandising to turn traffic into customers.

You will support SEO, Klaviyo/email marketing, automation, social media, design, and paid advertising. It requires a hands-on approach to improve engagement and online revenue.

Qualifications

Proven digital marketing with a Shopify/e-commerce focus.
Hands-on Shopify site ownership, CRO and UX improvements.
Experience with SEO, email marketing, and campaigns.
Ability to analyse data and optimise paid advertising.
Strong written English and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Take day-to-day ownership of the Shopify store and optimize pages.
Improve product merchandising, navigation, and content quality.
Lead CRO across landing, product, and checkout journeys.
Manage Klaviyo email flows and campaigns for retention.
Plan social content, digital ads, and creative assets.
Monitor performance and report improvements with data-driven insights.
