Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Manila seeks an E-commerce Specialist (Shopee) to manage and optimize the Shopee store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and effective promotions.

The role requires coordinating with E-commerce, Marketing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to drive store performance, monitor metrics, and implement improvements for growth.

Onsite, with a focus on accurate data, campaigns, and customer experience to boost sales and store health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Admin, IT, or related field.
• 6+ months of Shopee store management experience.
• Experience with Shopee Seller Center and day-to-day operations.
• Experience handling multi-variant SKUs (shades, sizes, bundles).
• Proficiency with listing optimization, promotions, campaigns, and platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Shopee store operations: listings, pricing, inventory, and updates.
• Ensure product information, pricing, images, and specs are accurate.
• Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions.
• Handle multi-variant SKUs and product variations.
• Monitor store performance and implement improvements.
