Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sponsored Ads is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of store operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Shopee and Lazada stores.
• Create and optimize product listings with titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Upload new products and maintain existing listings.
• Plan campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundles and promotions.
• Manage Sponsored Ads and optimize advertising performance.
• Monitor store metrics like sales, traffic, and conversions.
• Coordinate with warehouse for inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain store ratings.
• Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing to boost store sales and brand awareness.
