Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical, and hull repairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipyard operations: carpentry, mechanical works, and electrical repairs.
• Prepare and submit daily accomplishment reports with photos.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse for materials.
• Lead and supervise carpenters, welders, and vessel crew.
• Conduct basic inspections of equipment and report findings.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices.
