Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience in shipyard operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills to supervise multiple work groups.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Knowledgeable in basic mechanical, electrical, and hull repairs is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Responsible, proactive, disciplined, and committed to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipyard operations including multiple technical works.
• Prepare and submit daily accomplishment reports.
• Coordinate with various departments for materials and tools.
• Monitor and validate material requests for timely delivery.
• Lead various technical teams assigned to repairs.
• Conduct inspections and report findings.
• Ensure implementation of safety practices.
