Job summary

Cooee Inc. invites applications for a Customs & Shipping Associate in Iloilo City. You will support end-to-end procurement and shipping workflows, coordinating supplier documents and ensuring accurate data entry in our systems.

The role is open to fresh graduates up to 2 years’ experience, with a degree in logistics or customs. You will collaborate with Buying, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and cost-conscious operations.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years’ relevant experience in logistics or customs.
• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Customs Administration or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with customs, shipping documents and import/export processes.
• Proficient Excel skills including LOOKUP/VLOOKUP and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement and shipping workflows from supplier coordination to reporting.
• Coordinate supplier shipping documents and complete customs paperwork.
• Arrange transport with forwarders and update ETAs daily in systems.
• Reconcile invoices and handle data entry in MYOB.
• Track orders, update stock receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare container lists and cost reports; assist with inspections and dispatch.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports and support Warehouse and Finance teams.
