Job summary

RENSOL Recruitment and Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced metal fabricator to join our shipbuilding team in the Philippines. The role involves constructing and assembling the hull according to blueprints and specifications.

You will read technical drawings, align sections and blocks in a shipyard, and ensure precise fabrication to meet project timelines. Minimum five years in metal fabrication or welding with shipbuilding exposure is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in metal fabrication or shipbuilding.
• Vocational diploma or short course certificate in engineering (metal fabrication, tool & die or welding) or equivalent.
• Experience in shipbuilding industry essential.

Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble the ship hull according to blueprints and specifications.
• Assemble sections, blocks and the overall hull in the shipyard.
• Read and interpret technical drawings for accurate fabrication.
