Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is required.
• 3-5 years of solid experience as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, and factory automation knowledge is a plus.
• OSHS training or certification is preferred.

The Shift Engineer is responsible for supervising Maintenance Department staff and overseeing the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and electrical systems during the assigned shift. The role ensures compliance with engineering standards, supports operational efficiency, and promotes the safety and reliability of all plant equipment.

Your scope of responsibility shall include:

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience:

Working Conditions:

• Weekly rotational shift, 8-hour shifts under 24/7 operations. Rest days will be determined based on operational requirements. Hours worked beyond the regular schedule may be considered overtime.

• May be required to work on holidays and weekends depending on operational needs.
