Job summary

Marigold Manufacturing Corporation in Pasig invites a Shift Engineer to supervise the Maintenance Department, ensuring proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and electrical systems during the assigned shift.

You will lead a safety-conscious team, coordinate preventive maintenance, diagnose faults with PLC/HMI, and implement improvements to boost reliability and productivity. This role offers growth in a recognized food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is required.
3-5 years of solid experience as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, and factory automation knowledge is a plus.
OSHS training or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance activities including electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, calibration, and installation of food manufacturing machinery.
Perform fault diagnosis using PLC, HMI, and control systems, and implement equipment improvements or refurbishments to enhance productivity.
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
Oversee inventory, request machine parts, and coordinate attendance, shift schedules, and staff training.
Participate in Emergency Response Team duties and related activities.
